The PROSPER BSR Project has established strong regional cooperation networks in Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland to support the integration of refugees into local labor markets. These regional networks are coordinated by a transnational network across the Baltic Sea Region, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange.
By connecting business support organizations, local public authorities, and NGOs, these networks provide essential resources and opportunities to help skilled refugees find employment, start businesses, and contribute to their host communities.
