The programme was conducted under the guidance of skilled facilitators, who employed role-play exercises to replicate authentic interactions between non-governmental organisations (NGOs), companies, and business support organisations (BSOs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two organisations,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.diversitygroup.lt\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Diversity&nbsp;<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.diversitygroup.lt\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Development Group<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ihvilnius.lt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">International House Vilnius<\/a>, were invited to share their good practices in&nbsp;Vilnius.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/interreg-baltic.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Vilnius-meeting-6-1024x768-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Presentation of International House Vilnius\" class=\"wp-image-987503617\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>These speakers provided valuable insights and expertise on the process of integrating refugees into Lithuania\u2019s labour market. Introduction and Context (Global refugee statistics and trends)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Cultural Competence and Communication<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Labor Market Integration&nbsp;\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Networking and Partnerships<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Practical Support Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Legal and administrative overview<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Employer Education<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Action planning\u200b (SWOT analysis of current integration efforts,&nbsp;Setting SMART goals for individual staff and chambers,&nbsp;Developing a 6-month action plan: group activity)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Followed by a presentation of the action plans.
